The Bruins have been very unfortunate with injuries so far this season, but a spotting was just made, and a key player has officially returned to the ice.

A little while ago, the Bruins got hit with some unfortunate news. Elias Lindholm went down with an injury in a game against the Buffalo Sabres, causing him to leave the game and not return.
Later on, the Bruins provided an update on their top-line center, stating that he is going to be out week-to-week.
Just recently, the Bruins were hit with some more injuries. John Beecher left the game against the Ottawa Senators with an upper-body injury.
UPDATE: Johnny Beecher (upper-body) will not return to tonight's game.
After Beecher, the Bruins announced that another top-six forward has suffered an upper-body injury.
Casey Mittelstadt got injured and did not travel with the team for their most recent game to Toronto. Marco Sturm stated that he as well is going to be out week-to-week.
Marco Sturm on Casey Mittelstadt: "He's week to week, but I think he's doing better than we expected. So hopefully we can get him on the ice as soon as possible."

Bruins top-six player spotted on the ice before morning skate

Right before their morning skate today, it was reported that Elias Lindholm has officially stepped back on the ice.
It's unclear if this is the first time since being injured that Lindholm has skated, but he is officially back on the ice, which is a great sign for the organization.
Elias Lindholm on the ice. Don't know if it's his first time since getting injured, but it's the first time I've eyeballed it.
Do you think Elias Lindholm is close to returning back to the Boston Bruins lineup?
