Boston Bruins and David Pastrnak to reach final agreement that would ultimately collapse the organization

An NHL insider has announced the unexpected, as the Bruins veteran, David Pastrnak, is expected to pack his bags and leave Boston this summer.
The veteran forward, David Pastrnak, has been a corner-stone for the Boston Bruins organization, but it seems as though this disastrous season has taken a massive toll on him.
The Bruins' 2025 NHL season was an absolutely mess to say the least, as they completed their regular season in 10th place in the Eastern Conference Wild Card and recorded a 33-39-10, the team's re-tool has undoubtedly become a complete re-build, and as they start from scratch, Pastrnak may just want out.
An NHL insider suggested that the veteran may not want to stick around during this complete rebuild.

«I could see a scenario where Boston wants to trade pasta and I could see a mutual agreement there. Boston is going to be entering a very dark time unless they get McKenna next year. I don't think pasta would like to stick around at 28 29 on a rebuilding team.»
The 28-year old is evidently striving to be with a contending team, within just 82 games this 2024/25 season, he has accumulated 43 goals, 63 assists, totaling at a whopping 106 points.
These numbers signify the veteran is hungry and it doesn't seem like Boston can offer him wants right now.
On the other hand, the Bruins organization proved they are willing to sacrifice anything or anyone if push comes to shove, as they traded their 16-year veteran, Brad Marchand, this past March during the NHL Trade Deadline.
That being said, at the moment it is suggested Bruins fans can expect their fan-favourited Pastrnak to be on his way out of Boston this offseason.
