Boston Bruins Fans Upset With Elias Lindholm After His Recent Post Game Comments

Don Sweeney has been facing a lot of the blame for the Boston Bruins. Many believed that they were going to be a more competitive team this year, but that has not been the case.

Sweeney has built a mediocre team for the Bruins, and made some controversial signing's and moves this year, and the Bruins are going to miss the playoffs because of this.

Saturday night, the Boston Bruins were completely embarrassed on their own ice by the Tampa Bay Lightning.

For the second time this season the Bruins were held through a whole period without getting a shot on net. During the second period of the game, the Bruins were outshot 21-0 and outscored 3-0.

The other time this has happened this year was back in November when the Bruins faced off against the Ottawa Senators, and they went the entire third period without registering a shot on goal.

After the game, Elias Lindholm made some comments that fans were not happy with, as it seems like it's the same thing every time the Bruins lose.

Elias Lindholm was the big signing the Boston Bruins made in the off-season, but hasn't lived up to any of the hype. Although he did have a goal and an assist in the 6-2 loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning, after the game he dropped a quote that seems to be becoming a common theme from the Bruins locker room following games like the Tampa one.

It feels like this line has been used multiple times, by multiple different players in the locker room following an embarrassing loss, but change never happens, and fans are getting fed up with it.
