Last year Trent Frederic proved to the Bruins that he isn't just a physical power forward, but he can also produce and help the Bruins offensively, and next year he will have more of an opportunity to prove that.
Frederic had 18 goals and 22 assists, for 40 points in a full 82 games season last year, it is believed that Frederic may put up over 50 points for the Bruins next season.
Frederic quickly became a fan favourite for the Boston Bruins as he can and is willing to do anything for his teammates, whether it's dropping the gloves or throwing a big hit, Frederic helps the Bruins swing momentum, and if he can be more productive for the Bruins offensively they may have a good chance at making a deep run this year.
Frederic is coming up on a contract year, and many believe he may force himself out of the organization, as he may ask for a big payday come his contract extension.
