«The Ducks are hiring Joel Quenneville as head coach, as @DarrenDreger first reported. David Carle had a two day interview before extending with DU. Jay Woodcroft & Rick Tocchet were other final candidates.»
Joel Quenneville was involved in some controversy back in 2010 with the Chicago Blackhawks, however, he just received clearance by the NHL this past summer in July 2024 to work within the league once again.
This Canadien-American hockey coach was a former player in the National Hockey League and now has restarted his journey within the Anaheim Ducks organization and is expected to bring them to new extremes with his experience and knowledge.
Although the Boston Bruins yet again missed out on a great opportunity, fans hope another experienced and knowledgeable coach hits the market soon as this Original Six franchise can replace their current head coach,
Joe Sacco.
