Charlie McAvoy issued an emotional message towards medical staff as he opens up on his scary injury

The Boston Bruins' Charlie McAvoy issued an emotional message this week regarding the organization's medical staff along with his injury recovery.
The top defenseman endured a terrifying injury in the midst of the 4 Nations-Face Off earlier this month, and has finally met with the media for the first time since, breaking his silence regarding his overall 'scary' experience as well as expressing his appreciation of the medical staff that has helped him during his recovery,
An NHL insider, Shawn Hutcheon revealed a few updates regarding McAvoy yesterday, March 25:
"#NHLBruins Charlie McAvoy said on Tuesday that the infection in his shoulder «was scary.» He added, «I could not be more grateful for all the people at MGH (Massachusetts General Hospital). And all of the people that took amazing care of me at a time where I really needed it."
"Tuesday, #NHLBruins Charlie McAvoy spoke about reports on how his injury was originally treated, «I know what I went through and I know how I feel about it but I didn't give it much thought what other people had to say about it so I'll just leave that there. It's been tough."
The reporter also noted that yesterday, March 25, Joe Sacco revealed that the defenseman will be absent for yet another game and is uncertain as to when he will return:
"Today, #NHLBruins Joe Sacco that Charlie McAvoy joined the team Sunday night, however, there is no timeline for the defenseman's return to action. McAvoy will not play in Anaheim nor Detroit.
Although McAvoy's return is unknown, the fact he is addressing the injury and returning to practices does entail we should see this top-defenseman back for puck-drop soon.
