Don Sweeney makes unexpected comments regarding Brad Marchand ahead of the draft: Reunion incoming?

Just a couple of days before the NHL draft is set to take place, Don Sweeney made some unexpected comments regarding former captain Brad Marchand.
Don Sweeney made a lot of interesting moves during the NHL trade deadline, but none as interesting as trading captain Brad Marchand.
Marchand was traded to the Florida Panthers after spending his entire 16-year career with the Boston Bruins.
Since being traded, there has been a lot of speculation about Brad Marchand returning to the Bruins organization in free agency.
On Wednesday, Don Sweeney held a press conference to the media, and had some interesting words regarding Brad Marchand.
Don Sweeney makes comments on Brad Marchand
Sweeney stated that he texted Brad Marchand after the Florida Panthers ended up winning the cup to congratulate him.
He also went on to say beyond that, he has no comment on anything else as he is a player on another team:

The Marchand trade may go down as one of the best trade deadline acquisitions for any team, considering the part he played for the Florida Panthers.
Marchand ended up scoring 10 goals, half of them coming in the Finals, and 3 game winners, 10 assists for 20 points in 23 games.
He was snubbed of the Conn Smythe Trophy after it was announced Sam Bennett, who lead the league in goals in the playoffs with 15, was given the award.
The book hasn't been closed on Brad Marchand returning back to the Boston Bruins, but it doesn't seem likely it's going to happen.
