The 2022-23 Bruins are already one of the best teams ever, but with 12 games remaining, they have a chance to make NHL history.
Boston's last game is only 21 days away, while the team sits with an incredible 54-11-5 record.
The Bruins have the opportunity to break a single season best 62 wins, which is currently held by the 1995-96 Red Wings and the 2018-19 Lightning. They also have the chance to surpass the Montreal Canadiens record of 132 points during the 1976-77 season.
Bruins' fan @tkdmaxbjj on Twitter did the math and shared just how Boston can accomplish history:
Like the players have expressed, they don't care about the regular season accolades and only the Stanley Cup.
But having this season in the record books will always be an amazing reminder of how special this team is!
