There was a lot of speculation around it, but it was just confirmed for Boston Bruins defenseman Charlie McAvoy.

A recent announcement revealed that Charlie McAvoy will be on Team USA's roster for the upcoming Olympic Games.
McAvoy got snubbed during the 4-Nations Face-Off Tournament after suffering an injury in his first game, and was held to only two games during the tournament.
In those two games he looked like a beast out there for USA.
He would also go on to miss the remainder of the season for the Boston Bruins which wouldn't help them at all.

The Boston Bruins ended up confirming this making an official post of their own stating McAvoy was going to the Olympics.

Now, the Boston Bruins officially have three players selected to go represent their country on the biggest stage.
