A recent announcement just confirmed roughly where the Boston Bruins are going to be drafting in this years NHL Entry Draft.
It's safe to say that the Boston Bruins had a super disappointing year this year. After making the playoffs for the past eight consecutive years, the Bruins are ending their season early this year, which is new territory for most of the players.
Don Sweeney ended up having a complete fire sale during the NHL trade deadline this year, and it was pretty expected, but fans did not expect for him to go and trade his captain.
Brad Marchand ended up getting traded to the Florida Panthers, and fans ultimately weren't mad with the trade it's self, but with the return the Bruins got.
Don Sweeney only got a conditional first-round pick in return for their captain, but a large part of that had to due with the Marchand being injured, and him requesting a trade there.
After selling at the deadline, the Bruins became one of the worst teams in the league, and ended up finishing 29th in the league.
Now it was revealed roughly where the Boston Bruins are going to be drafting in the upcoming draft.

A recent announced revealed that if the Philadelphia Flyers ended up losing their game tonight, the Boston Bruins would finish bottom five this year.
This would also secure them a draft position in the top 7 this year. Take a look:
Philly loses, Boston finishes 5th from the bottom and secures a draft position of no worse than 7th overall. Not sure Frondell or even Desnoyers would be available in that event, but they should still be able to get themselves a very good center prospect regardless. #NHLBruins
The Flyers ended up losing tonight to the Buffalo Sabres, securing their spot in the top 7 this year for the NHL Draft.
The Bruins are set to get a super good player with their pick this year. Although it is different times for Bruins fans, it's definitely exciting.
