Jeremy Swayman to be traded by the Boston Bruins following recent announcement by Elliotte Friedman

The Boston Bruins organization hasn't had the best stability within their net-minder as of recently, and their gameplay shows just that, and new insight has revealed that big changes in net are set to erupt this offseason.
One year ago, goaltender Jeremy Swayman secured his future within the Boston organization with a huge eight-year, $66 million contract, and now, following the worst stretch of his career, his future as a Bruins is seemingly unclear.
Swayman was given a full-time starting position for the first time, and he evidently struggled, as he recorded a 22-29-7 record and a .892 save percentage over the span of 58 starts.
This came off extremely concerning to Boston's fan-base due to the fact this was a steep drop for Swayman's stats, and his downfall ultimately concluded in the Bruins taking a massive hit in their standings, where they made their way to the NHL basement for the 2024/25 season.
However, new insight has revealed that Bruins fans should buckle up as Swayman is expected to be on his way out of Boston.

In recent appearance on Chiclets Game Notes, trusted NHL insider, Elliotte Friedman, revealed that the Boston Bruins are suggested to depart with their starting goaltender, Jeremy Swayman as be has been a topic of trade interest among front office's.
«This was a tough year as you know. And I think teams, do they do their due diligence? I think they call and say, 'This was a rough year, you made a lot of changes, what other changes are you thinking and would you ever think about doing something like [trading Swayman]?» Friedman stated.
This discussion was prompted by the Spittin' Chiclets producer, Mik Grinnel, as he referred to Friedman's previous comments from an April episode on his 32 Thoughts podcast in which he speculated that calls on Swayman would be inevitable following such a poor campaign.
«To me, if it was me, I would tell Swayman this is gonna be a quiet summer for you. You're not gonna do any interviews, you're gonna spend your summer in the gym, and you're gonna be ready to play. And if I was Swayman, I would do the same thing,»
Friedman continued:
«But I do think teams have called [the Bruins], teams that have goaltending questions, and they have asked the Bruins would you consider doing it? And I think the Bruins proved this year that the answer for them is not necessarily no, but I think it would take an awful lot for them to consider it.»
