After having a disappointing year this year, it was clear some big changes were going to be needed, especially up front, the Bruins are going to have to get some secondary scoring, and Marco Sturm has confirmed that those changes will be coming.
Marco Sturm Confirms Big Changes On The Way
Sturm has no complaints with the Bruins defensive core, he actually believes it's a really good one, but he does want to up some pieces to the forwards.
He stated he likes the overall group that they have, but need to add some depth and some secondary scoring.
Marco Sturm, "There will be some changes (to the roster). We have a really good D corp. We, hopefully, want to add a few pieces up front. Overall, I do like our core. Depth-wise, we probably need a little bit more. We have to find a way to be more productive offensively."
Marco Sturm: «I still love our team.»
Mentions when everyone's healthy, Bruins have a strong d core. Also talked about needing more scoring up front.
This was a big problem for the Bruins during the 2024-25 season, and it's nice to hear that Sturm is going to want Sweeney to add some players up front for secondary scoring and some depth players.
