This morning, an NHL insider, Mark Divver, has revealed a player has been released from the Boston Bruins organization.
As the
Boston Bruins organization continues to develop and strive toward their re-build, they are considering all options to increase their likelihood of excelling.
This primarily begins by scouting possible future stars in their AHL team, the Providence Bruins.
A 26-year old prospect,
Tristan Ashbrook, received the opportunity over the weekend to participate in a couple games with the Providence Bruins to show his abilities, however it did not go as planned.
Ashbrook endured two games with the
Providence Bruins, completing both games with just one assists.
Unfortunately for this young player, his Professional Try-Out (PTO) for the Providence Bruins didn't go as planned as he was released from the organization following their last game.
