The Boston Bruins were one of the final teams in on unrestricted free agent John Tavares, unfortunately they weren't able to land the superstar center.�
Much like some of the other final teams in on Tavares�(Dallas and San Jose), the Bruins were stuck waiting so long for Tavares that they watched the rest of free agency pass them by.�
With Rick�Nash an unrestricted free agent and uncertain if he'll even play hockey this season, the Bruins are without the secondary scoring help they were hoping for.�
Dupont suggests the Bruins and general manager Don�Sweeney could pony up players such as Jake DeBrusk and Brandon Carlo to try and land Artemi Panarin of the Columbus Blue Jackets.�
