The 24-year-old, who missed Tuesday's game against the Detroit Red Wings, was back on the ice this morning.
Any time
Trent Frederic is on the ice is great news for the Bruins. Not only is the B's forward one of the toughest guys on the team, he's also a quality point producer in his third line role.
Frederic has skated alongside
Charlie Coyle and
Craig Smith for most of the season, with the trio meshing well and becoming one of the hottest third lines in the entire league.
At 6'3'' and 216 pounds, Freddy is a big-time bruiser who allows his teammates to play with an extra edge whenever he's out there. Frederic wasn't around when things got out of control last game, and the Wings took advantage of that.
However, the Bruins forward might end up missing only the Wings game after all. The winger was back on the ice with his teammates this morning, which is great news ahead of tomorrow's major showdown with the rough and tough Tampa Bay Lightning squad.
That's great news for B's fans everywhere!
