The Providence Bruins are also in their last week of the 2021-22 AHL season, currently playing their third last game against the Syracuse Crunch, the affiliate of the Tampa Bay Lightning.
The biggest news coming from the game was an injury to Bruins prospect Alex Olivier-Voyer. In a race for the loose puck in the corner, he went down hard, and it appeared like his leg got caught up underneath his own body. The 23-year-old needed to be helped off the ice as he wasn't putting any pressure on the leg.
