Dallas Stars lock up one of their top RFAs

The Dallas Stars have finally signed one of their top restricted free agents to an extension.
Until now, as the club has announced a deal with one for them. As per Stars' PR:
''Dallas Stars General Manager Jim Nill announced today that the club has signed goaltender Jake Oettinger to a three-year contract, which will run through the 2024-25 season. The three-year contract is worth $12 million and has an average annual value (AAV) of $4 million.''
Oettinger finished the 2021-22 season ranked 12th in the NHL with 30 wins, with a total record of 30-15-1.
The 23-year-old ranked 10th in the NHL with a 2.53 goals-against average and tied for 15th with a .914 save percentage. The youngster really caught the attention of fans with his incredible seven games series against the Calgary Flames in the 2022 playoffs.
He was selected in the first round (26th overall) of the 2017 NHL Draft by the Stars.
