The Bruins have been linked to some pretty major players this year including Wayne Simmonds, Vladimir Tarasenko and Brayden Schenn, however they could also look at some cheaper options.
One of those options might sit in Arizona according to Richard Morin of AZCentral.
Morin suggests the Bruins along with the Colorado Avalanche, Nashville Predators and Minnesota Wild as potential suitors for soon to be UFA forwardRichardPanik.
The 27 year old put up 22 goals with the Chicago Blackhawks in 2016-17 and has 10 goals in 45 games so far this season for the lowly Coyotes.
He could be a good backup plan for the Bruins if they can't land one of the bigger names.
