Chaotic scene as Junior game at New Years Eve starts with a line brawl

These teams play out of the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League (KIJHL), which is Junior B in British Columbia, Canada.

As they faced off to open the game, a full-on line brawl started. It didn't stop there either, as over the course of the game, the two teams combined for 257 penalty minutes, eifhr fighting majors, eight 10-minute misconducts, nine game misconducts and only 4 goals.
