The Boston Bruins walked away with a very convincing win last night against the Montreal Canadiens.
While last night's win might have seemed like a walk in the park, it definitely hasn't always been the case against Carey Price and the Montreal Canadiens.
The Canadiens goalie had won an incredible 24 of his first 36 starts against the Bruins in his career.
However, much like the Bruins fortunes have turned around, so have Price's, just in the other direction.
Price has now lost four straight starts against the Bruins sitting with a 0-2-2 record a 2.90 goals against average and .906 save percentage.
While Price is having one of the worst seasons of his career, Bruins goalie Tuukka Rask has been simply dominant. Rask has now helped Boston to at least a point in the teams last 15 games sitting with a 13-0-2 record, a 1.65 goals against average and .939 save percentage during that stretch.
The B's now sit seven points behind the Lightning for first place in the Atlantic Division with one game in hand.
