Once again, the hockey community is mourning another tragic loss after a recent announcement has confirmed that 25-year-old goaltender Antoine Bourdeau has unfortunately passed away.
On March 28th, the Ontario Hockey Academy made a tragic announcement when they revealed that Antoine Bourdeau had tragically passed away.
In a statement, OHA (Ontario Hockey Academy) showed their condolences towards Bourdeau, his family, friends, and teammates.
«We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of our alumni, Antoine Bourdeau (2016-2018)
Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences go out to his family, friends, and everyone who knew him. He will always be remembered as a valued member of the OHA family.

Bourdeau has been playing high level hockey since the age of 13-years-old and was known as a highly touted prospect in the hockey community. He played for the Ontario Hockey Academy, Brockville Braves, Markham Royals and the Lac St-Louis Arsenal Espoir.
Everyone talked highly about Bourdeau stating that he was very positive person, and a amazing person to have in the hockey community.
