On Tuesday, the Vegas Golden Knights announced that the club is now entering the ''Golden Age'' of the franchise (whatever that means).
They made two significant announcements, and both are something else fans seem to be on the fence about. The club announced they would switch to their gold jerseys as the full-time home uniform.
As per Golden Knights PR:
''The Vegas Golden Knights announced today, September 20, that the team will make its gold jersey the team's primary jersey worn during home games at T-Mobile Arena, one part of a campaign that celebrates the powerful and distinctive color in the team's name.''
To top it off, they have also made NHL history in a bit of a strange way ... which is pretty on par for Vegas. The Golden Knights announced that their centre ice logo would be fully coloured, making it the first as such in the NHL.
