Out of nowhere, two-time Stanley Cup Champion and former Boston Bruins forward Tyler Johnson has called it a career.

An announcement was just made from Tyler Johnson himself, and he has officially called it a career from the NHL.
Johnson ended up appearing in 747 NHL games between the Boston Bruins, Chicago Blackhawks, and the Tampa Bay Lightning.
He would only appear in 9 total games for the Boston Bruins, recording two assists.
After 747 NHL games, two-time #StanleyCup champ Tyler Johnson has announced his retirement. 🏆🏆
He went on to score 193 goals, 240 assists for 433 points in his career split between the three different organizations.
He would also go on to win two Stanley Cups with the Tampa Bay Lightning, back-to-back in 2020, and 2021.
Not terrible for a player that was never drafted into the NHL.
