Boston Bruins trade 21-year-old Matthew Poitras: A major development has surfaced
A major development has surfaced in the Boston Bruins organization trading their 21-year old forward, Matthew Poitras.
The
Boston Bruins organization is in desperate need to make some trades this offseason if they intend to make airwaves throughout the 2025/26 NHL season.
And a shocking suggestion has surfaced on the media, via 'X', recently by reporter Evan Marinofsky and Court Lalonde on a podcast.
During the podcast, Marinofsky suggests the possibility of the Boston Bruins departing with young talent, specifically
Matthew Poitras.
Both Marinofsky and Lalonde come to an agreement that in order for the Boston Bruins to gain proper strength and talent to aid their roster, the organization might just need to depart with their young skilled player, Poitras.
«With all of the bottom-six free agent signings, should the Bruins trade Matt Poitras?»
Court Lalonde unveils that the Boston Bruins' general manager, Don Sweeney, has made it known he is looking to trade this offseason, and although he hasn't made many thus far into the summer, it seems as though he may intend to trade the organization's Poitras.
Additionally, Lalonde revealed that Sweeney is still exploring potential trades and he believes Poitras to be one of his biggest trade assets this offseason.
Although it is uncertain what is set to erupt in
Boston, Bruins are hopeful that the organizations general manager, Don Sweeney, makes big moves in order to help this Original Six franchise make postseason contention for the 2025/26 NHL season.
