Boston Bruins to trade a top six forward: it was just confirmed to the media

The Boston Bruins are looming at the possibility of capitalizing off of trading a former sixth overall pick while his value is currently sky high.
According to NHL insider David Pagnotta, we still have plenty of action underway for general manager Don Sweeney and the Boston Bruins organization moving forward into NHL training camp within the next couple of weeks.
Pagnotta has revealed that the Bruins are looking to trade away forward Pavel Zacha, their current second-line forward.

The Vancouver Canucks and Pavel Zacha are linked to his availability, and it wouldn't be a surprise if several other teams also come calling.
Zacha was on the verge of being traded during the March 7th NHL trade deadline, which saw Brandon Carlo and Brad Marchand both dealt away to opposing rivals, the Toronto Maple Leafs and Florida Panthers.
With Zacha likely gone, Morgan Geekie and David Pastrnak would remain as the Bruins's lone 30-goal scoring forward from last season, and their only notable addition up front was Viktor Arvidsson coming off of a down season with the Edmonton Oilers.
As of July 1st, Zacha's 10-team no trade list bumped down to just 8 teams, making it much easier for GM Don Sweeney to find extra suitors and weigh his options for the 2015 6th overall pick on the open market.
