Boston Bruins' Fraser Minten breaks his silence after stealing a spot on the organization's roster from a fan-favourite.
Following the
Boston Bruins signing several depth players to contracts over the duration of the offseason, it was uncertain what this organization's opening night roster was going to look like.
Now, it is certain what the Bruins will be set to look like for the 2025/26 NHL season and a goal scoring winger will be stealing a roster spot from a major talent.

Due to the overload of depth talents on the Boston Bruins' roster, they were in need to place multiple of these bottom-six players on waivers.
And unfortunately for
Matthew Poitras, he was assigned to the Boston Bruins' AHL affiliate team, the Providence Bruins.
This has ultimately created controversy within the Bruins hockey world, as fans are infuriated by the send down of Poitras, and believe that Fraser Minten stole his role in Boston.
However, Minten has finally spot up regarding his new position in Boston.

A Boston Bruins reporter posted on social media via «X», unveiling what Minten had to say after scoring his position in Boston.
Fraser Minten on his training camp:
"Didn't get tapped on the shoulder saying I'm going downYou're here again, so it's good news."
"I expected myself to come in and take this spot. Happy about it and keep going."
