Joe Sacco Bluntly Calls Out Top Boston Bruins Prospect Fabian Lysell
The Boston Bruins organization is not taking their absence from the NHL 2025 playoffs lightly, and it was revealed the team's head coach, Joe Sacco, didn't hold back his criticism towards their top prospect, Fabian Lysell.
Due to the fact the Bruins will be missing this year's playoffs, the organization's priority is now completely focused on the team's on-going re-build, and Sacco does not seem too fond of the gameplay projected by the organizations top prospect.
An insider revealed that during a recent interview on NESN, Joe Sacco bluntly called out the Bruins'
Fabian Lysell due to his lack of effort.
«#NHLBruins Joe Sacco said on NESN that the organization is putting players such as
Fraser Minten and Fabian Lysell into situations where they will show what they can do at the NHL level. He added that Lysell needs to move his feet more & make plays at the right time...«
Seems like decent numbers right?
However, the 22-year old was sent over to the Boston Bruins, completing a total of 9 games thus far with the team this 2024/25 season, and accumulated just one single point.
Let's just say, if the team hopes to make any progress for the 2025/26 NHL season, especially if they are trying to make an appearance to next year's playoffs, top-prospects like Lysell will definitely need to offer more numbers.
Do you think Fabian Lysell will be able to produce for the NHL 2025/26 season?
