Tonight the Boston Bruins are closing out their 2024-25 season when they faceoff against the New Jersey Devils at TD Garden, and it looks like a top prospect is actually getting demoted.

It's going to be an eventful game, as the Boston Bruins have two exciting prospects making their NHL debut's with the team in John Farinacci, and Frederic Brunet.
In August of 2023, the Boston Bruins signed Farinacci to his entry-level deal out of Harvard, and is expected to make his debut on the fourth line. Brunet on the other hand was drafted by the Boston Bruins in the fifth-round of the 2022 NHL Entry Draft, and is set to make his debut on the third defensive pairing.
Swayman is expected to get the start in net for the Boston Bruins after Korpisalo played on Saturday against the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Top Prospect Facing Major Demotion

It looks like Boston Bruins top prospect Fraser Minten will be demoted today according to NESN's projected lines. After playing on the third line for awhile it's looking like he's going down to the fourth line.
Projected lines:
BRUINS (33-39-9)
DEVILS (41-32-7)
