A recent report has confirmed that three Boston Bruins players are suggested to be facing a make-or-break seasons, and it's surprising.

The upcoming 2025/26 season is coming up quick, and with less than a couple months away from the regular season, the Boston Bruins still have some important questions surrounding their roster.
Will this be the final product from Boston Bruins' general manager, Don Sweeney, for training camp that takes place next month?
Fans are certainly hopeful it's not.
As the completed moves of the offseason have undoubtedly been underwhelming consider the fact that this Original Six franchise was supposed to undergo a retool.
That being said, the Boston Bruins organization is in dire need to make more moves before the 2025/26 season begins.

Don Sweeney's offseason moves thus far is speculated to be detrimental to Boston Bruins prospects

Thus far, majority of Sweeney's additions were mostly depth pieces for the team's bottom-six, which is honestly detrimental to Bruins prospect who could or need to make the jump to the NHL.
With that, let's take a look at three Boston Bruins prospects who undoubtedly feel like they are entering a make-or-break season with this Original Six franchise.

Three prospects Boston Bruins who are undergoing a make-or-break season

Poitras by far has the most NHL experience with the Bruins, where he quickly impressed in his first training camp, which took place two years ago.
However, this prospect unfortunately had injuries catch up to him from the wear and tear of an 82-game NHL regular season.
That being said, this is a very big season for Poitras to make a comeback.
Since being drafted in the first round during the 2021 Entry Draft, Lysell has been considered to be one of the organization's top prospects.
Yet, his journey with the NHL isn't going as well as anticipated, especially four years later.
Since signing Merkulov as an undrafted free agent out of Ohio State, he has been a great addition to the Boston Bruins' affiliate team, the Providence Bruins.
However, when he has gotten the call to the NHL, it hasn't gone so well.
This prospect was re-signed this offseason on a one-year contract, which surprised some, but this just goes to show that this year is a huge one for Merkulov to show he has what it takes to stay a Bruin.
