It seems like the Vancouver Canucks may be looking at trading for a Boston Bruins center to help them down the middle ahead of the 2025-26 season.

Similar to the Boston Bruins, the Vancouver Canucks are looking to address their center depth before the beginning of the season and the Boston Bruins might just be their ideal trading partner.
As of right now, the Vancouver Canucks current 2C is Filip Chytil, but he has a long list in health problems while in the league, and he may not be able to fulfill that role for the entire season.
There have been a couple of players that have been linked to the Canucks to fulfil their 2C spot, and a couple of them are from the Boston Bruins.

Canucks looking to the Bruins for center depth

This past week, Cam Robinson of Elite Prospects made an appearance on Sekeres and Price where he listed some candidates for the Canucks to look at.
Two names from the Boston Bruins were listed, in Pavel Zacha, and Casey Mittelstadt.
"Yeah, both would represent upgrades, I would feel. I like Mittelstadt. They bring different qualities to their game, but I think Mittelstadt has a little bit higher pure offensive skill. Zacha is the bigger body and can kind of bang a little bit more but does, you know, he has a couple of decent seasons under his belt too. Price to acquire, you know, it's not going to be cheap for either of those players, I don't think. Boston's probably going to be a little more open to moving out right now. I think they're in a transitional phase. But yes, I think Vancouver I'm sure would be calling on both those players." Robinson said.

Casey Mittelstadt recently became a big name on the market, and a lot of rumors have suggested that the Boston Bruins may move on from him before the beginning of the year.
Pavel Zacha on the other hand has been in rumors since the NHL trade deadline, but it seems unlikely that the Boston Bruins are going to move on from him.
