As per NHL insider Elliotte Friedman, Boston Bruins fans may have to prepare themselves for big news today.
Friedman tweeted early Wednesday morning that the Bruins head coaching vacancy will potentially get some ''clarity'' today.
'' we could get clarity on BOS coaching situation today.''
Joe McDonald of the Worcester Telegram and Gazette also reported that another new name interviewed for the Bruins head coaching job:
''Heard Penguins assistant Mike Vellucci has also interviewed with the Bruins.''
The reports were confirmed by insider Frank Seravalli, who believes Velluci is in the top three candidates now.
