Former Boston Bruins head coach Bruce Cassidy has officially been hired by a new NHL team.
As reported first by NHL insider Kevin Weekes, Cassidy has been hired by the Vegas Golden Knights. The terms of the deal have not yet been released, as Weekes has just reported the breaking news.
As per @KevinWeekes on Twitter:
A great hire by the Golden Knights in what could be a perfect fit for both Vegas and Bruce Cassidy, who will get an excellent chance for his first Stanley Cup in the 2022-23 season.
