Bruins Sign Defenseman To Contract Extension.

The Boston Bruins and general manager Don Sweeney made a contract announcement on Friday.
Sweeney announced the team has signed defenseman Jeremy Lauzon to a two-year contract extension through the 2021-22 season with an annual NHL cap hit of $850,000.
From the Bruins press release:
The 6-foot-1, 205-pound defenseman has scored two goals in 23 career NHL games with Boston, while adding three goals and 24 assists for 27 points in 126 career AHL games with Providence.
Prior to joining the professional ranks, Lauzon played four seasons with Rouyn-Noranda of the QMJHL from 2013-17. He played in 200 career QMJHL games, totaling 35 goals and 95 assists for 130 points with 282 penalty minutes and a plus-81 rating.
