Hurricanes acquire defenseman from the Coyotes

The Carolina Hurricanes have followed suit with every other Eastern Conference contender and made a trade to bolster their roster today.
According to Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman, the Hurricanes have made a deal with the Arizona Coyotes for a defenseman.
Gostisbehere to CAR for a 3rd
Shayne Gostibehere has had a solid season in Arizona with 10 goals and 21 assists in 52 games. The offensive minded defender has registered 301 points in 515 career games with the Flyers and Coyotes.
The third round pick from Carolina is for the 2026 Entry Draft.
