Lines, roster updates and starting goaltenders ahead of Bruins-Jackets game
The Bruins close off their six-game road trip by paying a visit to the Columbus Blue Jackets on Saturday night.
The B's have to be satisfied with how things went down on the west coast; they won four of their past five games, while outscoring their opponents 21-9.
Tonight, Boston will once again be turning to Jeremy Swayman between the pipes. February's NHL Rookie of the Month has been red-hot of late, winning five straight starts while coughing up only six goals in the process.
Elvis Merzlikins will start opposite of Swayman, the Columbus netminder played as recently as last night and made 39 saves in a 4-3 OT loss to the L.A. Kings.
Long time Columbus captain Nick Foligno will be taking on many of his former teammates tonight, while the B's will also get to play a familiar face in Sean Kuraly. The 29-year-old center spent the past five seasons with the Bruins.
