Free agents outside the NHL can start meeting with teams even though free agency doesn't start till July 1st.
TSN's Darren Dreger reported that the top non-NHL available,
Andrei Kuzmenko, will be meeting with four NHL teams this week.
Including the Edmonton Oilers, Vancouver Canucks and two unspecified teams in the United States.
Kuzmenko, 26, played St. Petersburg SKA of KHL this past season, appearing in 45 games and collecting 20 goals 33 assists.
The Russian is projected to be the next
Artemi Panarin who came to the NHL the same way.
Could the Boston Bruins be one of the US teams he's speaking to?
