A Major Announcement Was Just Made Regarding The Boston Bruins Head Coaching Search and It's Confirmed

With all the rumours surrounding the Boston Bruins head coaching search, there is finally some clarity on when fans can expect a hiring after an NHL insider confirmed when it could happen.
Fans are starting to become restless with the Bruins organization especially after they have missed out on a lot of big named head coaches.
They were reportedly all in on coaches like Mike Sullivan and Rick Tocchet, but ended up missing out on both.
Tocchet later on revealed that Don Sweeney was the main reason he did not want the head coaching position in Boston due to him being in his final deal of his contract, and his track record with other really good head coaches.
The organization believed that having Sweeney on an expiring deal was not a good look for them in their head coaching search, and it wouldn't be a good look in free agency either, so they recently signed Sweeney to a two-year contract extension.
Now we know when a hiring is going to take place.
Boston Bruins Set To Hire Their Next Head Coach
Pierre LeBrun revealed that the Boston Bruins are going to be announcing, or expect to announce their head coach sometime this week.
It was also reported that there are two final candidates left in the coaching search.
Expect the Bruins to announce their coaching hire early this week. My understanding is that they're down to 2 candidates.

After Joe Sacco was officially eliminated from the Bruins head coach search, the final two candidates according to reports are Mitch Love, and Marco Sturm.
Bruins expected to name their new head coach at the beginning of this week. It's too bad Joe Sacco can't return in some capacity. He was a loyal soldier in the Bruins organization for the last decade & did a solid job in a tough spot as the interim guy
