A Shocking Head Coach Has Emerged As A Frontrunner To Land The Bruins Head Coaching Position

An NHL insider just revealed who the frontrunner is to land the head coaching position with the Boston Bruins.
After missing the playoffs for the first time, the Boston Bruins are searching for who could be their next head coach of the organization.
Multiple teams have already ended up finding their next head coach this off-season, and the Bruins missed out on some really good head coaches because of this.
The includes missing out on Mike Sullivan, Rick Tocchet and multiple others, but these two candidates were at the top of the list for the Boston Bruins.
Tocchet revealed that Bruins GM Don Sweeney played a big role in the reason he did not want the head coaching job with the organization stating that his track record with head coaches was not something he wanted to be apart of:
«He was concerned for two reasons,» the other NHL source close to Tocchet told RG. «Sweeney's status and Sweeney's track record with his head coaches.»
With that being said, there aren't many options left to choose from for the Boston Bruins, but a trusted NHL insider revealed who is the current frontrunner to land the job.
Frontrunner To Land Bruins Coaching Gig
According to Jimmy Murphy, a trusted NHL insider he stated that Marco Sturm and Jay Leach were both frontrunners to be the next HC of the Boston Bruins.
Now he is being told by two trusted sources that Jay Woodcroft may be the leading favourite:

It seems like the search has been narrowed down to these three head coaches, and it will be interesting to see who comes out as the next head coach for the Bruins.
