New development has surfaced in the Boston Bruins making an unbelievable move this offseason, according to the team's GM Don Sweeney.

Due to the Boston Bruins' regular season being disastrous, the team did not make the cut for postseason contention which has ultimately left Boston to be absent from the playoffs for the first time in years.
However, this aspect has left many fans and reporters to speculate that Boston's biggest issue is their head coach, Joe Sacco, and earlier this month, an NHL insider revealed that Bruins fans should expect a new leader in town.
An NHL insider, Jim McBride of the Boston Globe, and Boston Bruins president, Cam Neely, announced 'everything is on the table', and revealed what we can expect to happen with the team's interim head coach, Joe Sacco, this offseason.
Fast-forward to this week, new insight has been announced regarding this subject, however, not by just any reporter, but by the Boston Bruins' GM Don Sweeney.
Take a look:
«Sweeney says the coaching search has started. Says he's looking for a coach with some form of NHL exposure as an important criteria #NHLBruins»
Although it is uncertain whether or not Bruins fans can expect a new head coach in town for the 2025/26 NHL season, it is promising that GM Don Sweeney is taking all steps and precautions to start off the new season on the right foot.
Do you think Boston can expect a new head coach in town to replace Joe Sacco?
