The Boston Bruins have been apart of the National Hockey League dating back to 1924, a century long team.
Apart of the original six the team carries a lot of history.
The Bruins spoked-B is the club's longest-standing brand identifier, having been on the Bruins uniforms for 75 of the organization's first 100 years.
After making its debut in 1948 as part of the team's 25th anniversary, the design became apart of the Boston Bruins, despite the frequent style changes over the years the B stayed fairly similar.
In 2023-24, the modern Spoked-B will take a break and in place of a reimagined logo that was designed to bring the past into the future in celebration of the club's 100th year.
The Centennial crest features vintage spokes that are a call back to as far as the 1950s, as well the current varsity 'B' that has been seen on the sweater since 2007.
The new anniversary crests are in addition to the team's previously introduced Centennial logo, which will serve as the primary commemorative logo of the celebration.
