BREAKING: Maple Leafs and Blackhawks complete massive trade
The Toronto Maple Leafs continue to bolster their already strong roster, as they've announced a massive trade with the Chicago Blackhawks.
As per the Leafs PR:
''We've acquired Jake McCabe, Sam Lafferty, a conditional 5th round pick in 2024 and a conditional 5th round pick in 2025 from Chicago in exchange for a conditional 2025 1st round pick, 2026 2nd round pick, Joey Anderson and Pavel Gogolev.''
Another huge deal for Toronto, adding a top four defenseman and a middle six forward who has been the best penalty killer in the league.
The Atlantic Division continues to be a heavy favourite.
