We've heard consistently that the Boston Bruins and general manager Don Sweeney are looking to improve both their blue line and top 6.
They just improved their goalie situation as they brought back goalie Tuukka Rask.
We've heard some names thrown around and NHL insider Elliotte Friedman has just brought up another name.
According to Friedman, Columbus Blue Jackets' forward
Max Domi could be a possible trade target for the Bruins.
"As Boston welcomes back Tuukka Rask, wonder if Max Domi makes any sense for the Bruins." Friedman mentions in his latest 32 Thoughts column.
The Blue Jackets have been trying to move Domi since the summer time since he just hasn't fit in but Boston could be a perfect landing spot to get him going again.
Domi carries a $5.3million cap hit on the season before he becomes UFA this offseason.
Could we possibly see a Jake DeBrusk for Domi swap?
