Matthew Tkachuk is one of most disliked players by fans in the NHL, unless he plays on your team of course.
Since he was drafted in 2016, Tkachuk has made a name for himself as one of the biggest ''pests'' in the league.
He's attempted, and successfully completed, some dirty plays over his seven seasons. Including Tuesday night against the Winnipeg Jets.
After taking a somewhat high reverse hit from Brendan Dillon, it appears that Tkachuk catches the Jets defenseman with a spear in the mid section. (See below)
Whether Dillon embellished it or not, that's a dangerous play from a repeat offender. There's been way worse spears before but should he be hearing from Player Safety?
Tkachuk was given a two-minute minor for slashing on the play.
