The American Hockey League All-Stars Classic will be held this year in Utica, New York on January 28-29.
Just like in the National Hockey League, all four divisions will have a team of 12 players to take part in a 3-on-3 tournament.
There will be two members of first place Providence Bruins will be on the Atlantic Division team and they will be led by their head coach Jay Leach.
Austin Czarnik, no stranger to Boston Bruins fans, has been selected for his first AHL All-Star Classic. Czarnik leads the P-Bruins with 19 assists and 28 points in 26 games.
Goaltender
Jordan Binnington is an AHL All-Star for the first time as well thanks to his 9-1-1 record. His 1.59 goals-against average is the lowest among all AHL net minders with at least 10 starts and his .938 save percentage is second.
