Before the holiday break, most Bruins' fans and media members were hoping for some help on the blue line heading into the playoffs.
However, the blueline has come together and according to Fluto Shinzawa of the Boston Globe, the Bruins have turned their attention to finding an experienced "all around" right winger before the deadline.
We've already heard the names of Thomas Vanek and Mike Hoffman mentioned, but it could be a former foe who could become a welcome addition.
Shinzawa brings up the name of Chicago Blackhawks vet Patrick Sharp, mentioning that he might have "enough left in the tank for a final Stanley Cup run".
The Blackhawks are on the outside looking in when it comes to the playoff picture and will probably be willing to deal Sharp for a draft pick.
Sharp has struggled this season with only 13 points in 45 games, but so has everybody on the Hawks roster not named
Patrick Kane.
Do you think Sharp would be a good, cheap, veteran addition with an expiring contract?
